ReadyContractorSites.com designs and delivers custom contractor websites. Websites are built to the customer's specifications as provided in the order form. While we strive for extreme efficiency, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on response times and project complexity.
Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
The customer retains ownership of their business content, including logos, photos, and copy provided to us. ReadyContractorSites.com retains ownership of the underlying website design, code, structure, and proprietary assets. The website is licensed to the customer for use exclusively as long as their hosting plan remains active.
Website Editing & Modifications
To ensure high performance and structural integrity, all website changes, updates, and edits are performed exclusively by ReadyContractorSites.com.
- Edit requests must be submitted through our official support channels.
- Edit services are included only while the customer maintains an active hosting plan with ReadyContractorSites.com.
- Customers whose hosting plan has lapsed will not receive edit services until the plan is fully reinstated.
- We reserve the right to limit the scope or frequency of edit requests to prevent system abuse.
As-Is Delivery
Websites are delivered as-is upon completion of the build process.
- Customers do not have direct access to the website's underlying source code, files, CMS backend, or hosting environment.
- No FTP access, database credentials, admin login details, or raw file transfers are provided.
- Minor cosmetic revisions may be requested within the 24-hour window following delivery, as outlined in your specific package.
Non-Transferability
Important: Our system is a proprietary closed-loop platform designed for maximum speed and security.
- Websites built by ReadyContractorSites.com are non-transferable.
- The website, its files, codebase, and hosting environment may not be moved, migrated, or transferred to another hosting provider, platform, or third party.
- If a customer cancels their hosting plan, the website will be taken offline. No files or code will be provided for migration or export.
Hosting Plan & Monthly Billing
The monthly hosting fee covers professional website hosting, SSL security certificate, uptime monitoring, core software updates, and ongoing access to our edit request services.
- Hosting is billed monthly via automated recurring payment.
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.
- Failure to maintain an active payment method will result in service interruption and the website being taken offline.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in our service, but we understand if your needs change.
- Customers may cancel their hosting plan at any time with 30 days written notice.
- Setup fees and one-time design charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Upon cancellation, the website will be taken offline within 30 days of the effective cancellation date.
- No website files, source code, or internal data will be transferred or provided upon cancellation.
Payment Terms
The one-time setup fee is due in full at the time of order and is processed via Stripe's secure payment gateway.
Monthly hosting fees are billed automatically to the credit card or payment method on file. Failed payments or chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension.
Limitation of Liability
ReadyContractorSites.com is not liable for lost business, lost revenue, lost rankings, or any indirect damages arising from website downtime, server errors, or service delays. Our total liability is strictly limited to the fees paid by the customer within the 30 days preceding any claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes to these terms via the email address on file.
